NOW HIRING – REWINDING OPERATOR (NIGHT SHIFT)
Full-Time | Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Monday to Thursday (Fridays Off!)

We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Rewinding Operator to join our Finishing Department on the night shift. This is a full-time position, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off. The role involves quality assurance, finishing, and preparing products for shipping.
Training Schedule: The position begins with training on the day shift, Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the first few weeks. After training, you will move to the regular night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate rewinding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect and verify product quality during the finishing process
• Accurately label, package, and prep orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

What We're Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Experience in a manufacturing or print environment is an asset
• Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Punctual, dependable, and a team player
