Position: Drywall Installer Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time and permanent position
Location of work: Calgary, Alberta.
Wage: $45/hr.
Duties and responsibilities of Drywall Installer Supervisor:
• Ensuring that interior walls and ceilings are completed to the highest standards.
• Overseeing a team of installers and finishers, coordinating efforts to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Responsible for planning the workflow, assigning tasks, and making sure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Inspects the work for precision and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Managing materials, estimating costs, and liaising with other sub-contractors and clients to resolve any issues that arise during the course of construction.
• Provide clear instructions to the team and maintain a collaborative atmosphere.
• Train new employees and ensuring that everyone is up to speed with the latest techniques and safety protocols.

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in drywall installation and finishing
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• High school complete
