Please note that due to the steep stairs leading to the Loft from the second floor, this rental is not suitable for children. It would be best suited for a single person who is not afraid of steep stairs and heights.

Cleanliness: A cleaner that lives on site, cleans all of the common areas and the bathrooms on a weekly basis. For this service each lodger does contribute $13/week ($56/month) over and above the rents quoted.
