Located in Richmond, a small vibrant community part of Ottawa south/west, Willow Wellness is a wellness hub bringing holistic health and wellness to a wide range of people. Currently, we are seeking Registered Massage Therapists (part-time to full-time) - we welcome new Graduates!

As an Independent Contractor, using your superior clinical skills, you will achieve high client engagement and welcomed outcomes with the people you serve. With a belief in overall just being a kind person, you will hold true to Willow Wellness values of inclusion and diversity, exceptional service, community, joy and personal growth. You adopt a health at every size philosophy.

Core Competencies: You will provide a variety of safe, appropriate and effective massage services utilizing different techniques in accordance with client care plans or as directed. You believe in continuous feedback and are able to observe client reaction to treatment and make needed changes. You practice from a trauma-informed perspective and practice consent-based body work.

The ideal candidates will have availability full-time or part-time, including the potential for some evenings and occasional weekends.

Collaboration among allied health practitioners is essential to us at Willow Wellness. You will be joining an existing team of a Physiotherapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, Social Workers, Psychotherapist and Yoga and movement instructors. We love seeing team members collaborate on unique partnerships and workshops for the benefits of our clients and community and for true comprehensive holistic treatment.

Must have: Membership with your respective Associations/College (CMTO) and be in good standing; Professional Liability Insurance
