We are looking for a live in cleaner/helper. We will provide a room at a discounted price ($800 per month) in return for about 1-hour of cleaning/helping per day.
You will pay $800 per month, instead of the normal $1500 per month for this unit in return for your service..
You will have a number of responsibilities including: ensuring common areas are clean, removing any garbage from the sidewalk of the building, cleaning store front windows, helping other tenants in the building etc.
We are looking for someone clean, quiet and responsible for this position.
No pets, bikes or smoking allowed in the building. This is for 1 person only, no couples.
