We have a single private room for rent located in Markham/Lawrence, in the basement of a detached Bunaglow.

The basement has a separate side entrance and walkway and is shared with 2 other male tenants.

The successful tenant candidate will be expected to share the washroom with 1 other tenant. Kitchen is shared as well.

As a result we are looking for a third male tenant.

Please note that no parking is provided and that street does not allow overnight parking.
