Lead Automotive Technician – Dynamic Westside Auto

We're searching for a skilled and experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team! If you have strong diagnostic skills and thrive in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you. Being a Government Vehicle Inspector is an asset.

Dynamic Westside Auto is a locally owned, full-service automotive shop that has proudly served the Westside for over 40 years.

Wage range for this position is 30 - 40$ depending on experience
Offering a Signing Bonus! and a Moving allowance for the right Candidate!

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues with precision
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to ensure top-quality service

Qualifications:
• Fully licensed automotive technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and technology
• Government Vehicle Inspector (an asset)
• Leadership abilities and experience in a senior technician role
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
