• Position: Direct Labourer-Harvester with other duties of General Labourer as required
• Duties: To pick, load, clean, and sort mushrooms in terms of grading and size quickly and efficiently as well as other duties for preparation of the crop includes ensuring sanitization, washing/cleaning floors and rooms and equipment for sterilization.
• Working Conditions & Skills Required: Fast Paced eye-hand coordination, able to perform repetitive tasks, crouching, able to lift up to 35 LBS, must be able to work in damp environment
• Wage & Hours: 17.25 to 22.25 per hour based on experience and duties, Full-time: min 30-60 hrs, shift work is required based on production demands as its variable hours based with provision of direct crop duties of wages reflected in wage adjustment
• Morning, Day & Night Shift based on crop demands
• Requirement: must be able to work on weekends
• Work in damp, cold conditions
