Someone experienced with window cleaning to do all windows in a 1 bedroom apartment. Very good pay: $75 plus possible $75 bonus on completion.
Here's the deal, I am not going to say $150 and have some joker come and do a shitty job and expect $150, which I would have to pay if I advertised that amount. I am looking for someone to do a VERY GOOD JOB on my windows, meaning corner to corner and 0 streaks. Anyone can clean windows, but there is more to it as people with experience know.
There will be no BS in this: do a really good job, take $75 and I will give the extra $75 on being satisfied.
Thorncliffe Park Drive and Overlea Blvd. I have all cleaning supplies and a good step-ladder.
