Hello, my name is Janet, and I am seeking someone to work in my home. As a mother who is high functioning neurodivergent, I also have some children who are high functioning neurodivergent. My experiences with them have shown me how powerful understanding and compassion can be, and I find that those with similar life experiences are often less likely to judge. Therefore, I am looking for someone who understands the culture dynamics of a neurodivergent family—someone compassionate and non-judgmental.

I need a cleaner to come to my home once a week to help relieve some of the responsibilities of maintaining the household. The position entails cleaning for eight hours each week, with a pay rate of $25 per hour by cheque. You will be on payroll biweekly. Cleaning supplies will be provided, and since I live in the country, candidates must have their own vehicle; travel pay will be offered.

There will be minimal interaction with the children, but they will be in and out of the home due to their own work and school schedules. It's important for me to feel safe in my own home, and I need someone who is very compassionate towards autism & adhd. A huge bonus would be if the candidate is also neurodivergent or has children or family members who are, as I find that the most compassionate people often have similar experiences.
