I am looking for a room to rent for August. I am a 47 year male, I am easy going I do not smoke, do not drugs, and rarely ever have a drink. I am doing an online course and am doing my placement in Thunder Bay in mid August. I have always paid my rent on time and can give rent reference up to 7 years back. I would be looking for a 6 month lease. i am not picky I want everything included, wifi would be great and need parking. I am willing to pay up to $850 a month.
