Hi, we are a colloc of three people and are looking for one last roomie to complete it.

It is located between Sainte Catherine and Saint Elisabeth, 5 minutes from the Berri metro station, Champs de Mars and Saint-Laurent all located less than 500m.
Th room is currently avaible. The price is 850$ (wifi and Hydro included).

We are currently two French people working and one Indian finishing her studies in an internship. We are looking for someone who is English-speaking or possibly Spanish-speaking in order to maintain a 50/50 balance in the colloc, ideally young active or at the end of their studies (25-35 years).

We are looking for someone who has a real desire to participate in the life of the colloc while respecting each person's personal space and independence. We know that the goal is not to be the best friends of the world either but simply to love participating in a community life.

Here is a small presentation of the 3 people with whom you will live:

* Ramya Hi! I'm a 24 year old masters student at McGill University. I'm very respectful of boundaries and usually you'll find me in my room reading or making people around me try my cooking (6/10 ) or meddling with a new skincare concoction although I like to chat with my roomies too ! I will say though, I'm a maniac about cleaning (especially the bathroom ) so as roommates, that's definitely something you may have to put up with if you're not used to it haha

* Ettore i m Ettoré, i m 26, i ll be working at Societe Générale, i come from brittany, france. Im into sport (mostly surf, skate, running and swimming) and i also like to draw and take photos. Im indepedent but I like to share moments with my roomies after works and on the wd.

* And me, Jean-Baptiste, 32 years old, I am a buyer, I work for the company that manages the REM. I am from Toulouse, I love to chat over a coffee or a glass of wine. I like board games. I still love to go out as a big fan of hiking but also of having drinks and doing activities with others. I am passionate about travel, culture, and history. I have traveled a lot in Latin America and Europe. Otherwise I am rather chill and I also like my moments to myself. I speak French, English and Spanish so discussing in another language is something I like.

Hola somos una colloc de tres personas y estamos buscando una última para completarla.

Se encuentra entre Sainte Catherine y Saint Elisabeth, a 5 minutos del metro Berri , Champs de Mars y Saint-Laurent, todas ubicadas a menos de 500 metros. El cuarto es disponible. El precio es de 850$ (con el Hydro y el wifi).

Actualmente somos dos franceses trabajando y una india terminando sus estudios en internship. Buscamos a alguien que hable inglés o posiblemente español para mantener un equilibrio 50/50 en la coloc idealmente joven activo.a o al final de los estudios (25-35 años).

Buscamos a alguien que tenga un verdadero deseo de participar en la vida de la coloc y respetando el espacio personal y la independencia de cada uno.a. Sabemos que el objetivo no es tampoco ser los mejores amigos del mundo sino simplemente querer participar en una vida en comunidad.

•Ramya ¡Hola! Soy un estudiante de maestría de 24 años en la Universidad McGill. Soy muy respetuoso de los límites y por lo general me encontrarás en mi habitación leyendo o haciendo que la gente a mi alrededor pruebe mi cocina (6/10 ) o interviniendo con una nueva mezcla para el cuidado de la piel aunque también me gusta chatear con mis compañeros de cuarto! Voy decir , soy una maníaca de la limpieza (especialmente el baño ) así que como roomie, es definitivamente un dato que puede tener que aguantar si no estás acostumbrado a eso haha

•Hola soy Ettoré, tengo 26 anos, trabajaro en Societe Generale, vengo de Bretaña, Francia. Estoy en el deporte (sobre todo surf, skate, correr y nadar) y también me gusta dibujar y tomar fotos. Soy independiente pero me gusta compartir momentos con mis roomies después de las obras y en la wd.

•Y yo mismo Jean-Baptiste, 32 años, soy comprador, trabajo para la empresa que gestiona el REM. Soy de Toulouse, me encanta charlar tomando un café o una copa de vino. Me gustan los juegos de mesa. Siempre me gusta salir gran fan de senderismo, pero también de aperitivo y hacer actividades con otros. Me apasionan los viajes, la cultura y la historia. He viajado mucho por América Latina y Europa. De lo contrario, soy bastante tranquilo y también me gustan mis propios momentos. Hablo francés, inglés y español, así que hablar en otro idioma es algo que me gusta.
