Location: Remote (Based in Richmond Hill, Ontario – Occasional Office Visits)
Pay: $20–$25/hour | Full-Time | 8 hrs/day, 5 Days/Week

About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable, experienced individual to handle job dispatching and inbound customer service calls. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings (quarterly). The work is primarily phone- and computer-based.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Dispatch and schedule service jobs efficiently
- Answer and manage incoming customer calls
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling systems
- Communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams
- Attend quarterly team meetings in Richmond Hill

Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (ideally in HVAC, trades, or home services)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Tech-savvy and organized
- Able to work independently and reliably from home
- Professional and calm under pressure
