Position type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Work schedule: Shift work, including weekends
Wage: $36.60/hr

Minimum requirements:
- 2-3 years in the food service industry, including supervisory experience
- Secondary school diploma
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, evaluate, and coordinate daily operations of the quick-service restaurant
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; provide feedback, coaching, and discipline when needed
- Implement and oversee policies and operational procedures
- Monitor revenues and manage operational costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Address and resolve work-related issues and customer complaints
- Control inventory and manage restaurant budgets
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
