Looking for experienced framers who produce quality work. Wages are based on experience and confirmed upon seeing you work. For employees we pay on the 15th and 30th. 
We work from 8-5 Mon-Fri. Some weekends are required. Some days are longer some shorter depends on circumstance.
Must have transportation, even if this involves transit.
Safety is a requirement, all required PPE is a must. 

Crew leaders should know how to: Layout, keep all others busy and producing work,  problem solve, wall assembly, roof layout, sheeting and overhang knowledge, window/door installation, among other tasks. 
Framers helper should know how to: Cut with accuracy, use nail gun with accuracy and speed, sheet roof, help with trusses, able to do some tasks unsupervised, and other related tasks, 
Laborer's should know how to: Identify lumber sizes, move lumber all day, know how to read a tape measure and other related tasks.
