Key Responsibilities:
• Actively prospect and generate leads for prefab home sales.
• Engage with potential clients through various channels, with a strong focus on leveraging social media platforms.
• Present and promote our prefab home solutions to meet client needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and our product offerings.
Requirements:
• Proven sales knowledge and experience (real estate or related field is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong social media presence with demonstrated ability to engage audiences (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently on a commission basis.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
