Job Title: Part-Time Office Administrator (QuickBooks)
Location: Concord, ON L4K 2K1
Job Type: Part-Time (2 days per week to start, potential for 3 days)
Pay: $18/hour
Timings: 8AM – 5PM
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator with verifiable experience using QuickBooks. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling bookkeeping responsibilities as well as general administrative tasks. The role starts at 2 days per week, with the potential to increase to 3 days based on business needs
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts
• Maintain financial records and prepare basic reports
• Organize and file documents both digitally and physically
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed (emails, scheduling, etc.)
Requirements:
• Proven experience with QuickBooks (minimum 1 year)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional, punctual, and reliable
