I cook 2-3 times a week international food, any requests I can make, if I cook, your dinner is made. Make a request and I'll cook it.

If you are a student and want your groceries included it's additional $150.

Laundry is in basement and you pay for your own loads. I have a laundry card to give you, you just load it with funds. I'll supply the detergent.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU:
Must love cats , I have 2
Must be employed or a student and not work from home.
Must help with general cleaning and tidying, ie: vacuuming, dishes, bathroom. No eating in bedroom. No dishwasher here.
No drunken rowdy nights if you work in hospitality.
Notice if you're having people over.
Never , ever go into my room unless you have permission. I will kick you out first time it happens.
Respect my privacy.

I'm a very giving and sharing individual who's a Mom to a 21 and 23 year old.
I don't care about your situation whether you're a student or recently separated or abused or have a driving record, but you must always pay your rent on time and respect my boundaries.
