Two private rooms with walkin closets are available for rent from August 1st in a 3-bedroom house. Please note that utilities are not included in the rent; they typically amount to around $40-50 each month. One parking spot is also included. You can use backyard and balcony as well.

The kitchen, washroom, and living area are shared. We are looking for organized individuals who can maintain cleanliness in the house.

We have a dishwasher, so you can place your dishes in it after dinner; we run it once a day before bedtime. The house is furnished with dining table and chairs.

All appliances stove, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer are included.

Both the rooms will be furnished with double mattresses and side tables. And has closets built in. Two extra storage closets are also available in the living room.

Looking for girls or couples as one couple is already living in the 3rd bedroom.
