27 foot Topaz se in decent shape but does need small cosmetic repairs. Awning needs to be replaced, this is the biggest flaw and can be replaced for 600.00. There is a Crack in the flooring near the bathroom and other minor things.
You can sleep 7 people if you wanted but would be a bit squishy. There is a double and single bunk in the back and a queen in the front room. Plus the couch and table convert into a bed. All appliances work and have never had a concern. We needed to upgrade as our family has grown alot over the years.
Will come with hitch, sway bars and portable ac.
