Position Overview

We're looking for a Bakery Team Member to join our hands-on production team. This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role that includes a variety of tasks related to the daily operations of a commercial bakery.

Key Responsibilities

-Daily production and packaging of baked goods and squares

-Maintain a clean and organized workplace

-Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures

-Adapt to daily production priorities and team needs


What We're Looking For

Ideal Qualities:

-Teachable, motivated, and open to feedback

-Team-oriented and dependable

-Flexible and able to adapt to production needs

-Comfortable with shift work (early mornings, late evenings, weekends)

-Capable of performing repetitive, physically demanding tasks

-Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform frequent bending, twisting, crouching, walking, and standing


Assets

-Experience in manufacturing or bakery environment


Working Conditions

-Fast-paced, hands-on environment

-Duties may change based on production demands

-Flexible availability preferred; punctuality is mandatory

-Compensation
Starting wage: $17.00/hour
Includes ½ hour paid lunch break
