Prime Private Quiet Location in Bay Shore Heights near Spruce Sands 10 minutes north of Gimli. This year-round cottage has 3 bedrooms, approx. 1250sq. feet. with a large private treed lot with a creek framing the back with a large firepit to spend endless evenings roasting marsh mellows with friends.
It is a warm, modern, and open concept cottage with newer Beds, Furniture, Appliances and Electronics. There are 3 Queen Beds and 1 Bathroom. The cottage is Non-smoking and close to the beach; its a short 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 play grounds and a wealth of walking paths. The local store is a short walk away for the after super ice cream treat or any grocery items that may be required. For golf enthusiasts, there are several golf courses within driving distance including: Sandy Hook, Links at the Lake, Hecla, and Tuelon just to name a few.
Interior:
Internet just installed! The new space air-conditioning in MB and ceiling fan in the living room will keep you cool during the hot months. The wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy and warm during the chilly nights. There are newer appliances; fridge, stove, microwave, and coffeemaker in the bright eat in kitchen. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a fabulous meal, a BBQ is positioned on the deck right outside the kitchen door on the back deck which can be fired up for that much anticipated steak dinner. Don't feel like cooking??? Gimli is 10 minutes away and has fabulous restaurants. The newly renovated Bathroom features a new sink/vanity with a new shower. The newer mattresses are comfortable and supportive to give you a great night sleep. The living room features a cozy sectional that faces the HD TV home theatre and Satellite TV with lots of channels. Upon sliding the large patio doors, you'll enter in a large screened veranda with couch, eating area, dart board, beer fridge - a beautiful room to enjoy the fresh air safe from the pesky mosquitoes at dusk or to read a book in the hanging chair.
Exterior:
You can enjoy the sun all day long on the newly built front deck or large back deck featuring comfortable patio sets on both. There is parking for multiple vehicles and privacy on all sides.

RATES
- High season 3 night minimum stay $200/night-
- Winter and Spring $TBD/night
- Pet Fee: $50/pet
- Rates are for 8(Adults or Children) occupants. Additional occupants, Add $50/occupant/night
- 75.00 cleaning fee, negotiable
If fire ban is lifted and you are going to use the firepit or the Fireplace in Winter you must provide your own wood to burn.
Water in the house is well water and is safe to drink but there may be a slight metallic smell and a different taste. If you or your guests are sensitive to this then we recommend bringing water with you.
There is a septic tank for all water and waste. All water from the toilet, shower and sinks drains into it. Please be conscious of conserving water especially with toilets. Please do not flush until you need to, “Yellow let it mellow, brown flush it down”. If the tank overflows and you smell it contact me and I will have it emptied within 24hrs.
When the cabin is occupied full time, the tank requires emptying approximately every 3 to 4 weeks. If a tap is left running or the toilet is running and the tenant does not pay attention to the water use causing the tank to overflow prematurely, they will be responsible for the cost of emptying, 125.00.
There is no land phone line, in case of emergency neighbors are accessible.
Guests are required to bring their own bedding/sleeping bags (pillows are provided), towels, condiments and whatever else you need for a comfortable stay.

Along with the total rental I ask for a $500 security deposit along with the balance the day prior to your stay.
