The Universal Plus mixer is an ideal machine for kneading bread and for growing families needing to double or triple recipe amounts. It can make 4 loaves of 100% whole wheat bread or will whip anything from an egg to a gallon of icing!
The free dough hook extender allows 1 or 2 loaves to be kneaded quickly and efficiently.
