Our very clean & well maintained house has 5 furnished bedrooms specifically for University or College students. We currently have 1 Large Furnished Bedroom with a private Ensuite Washroom available for rent as of September 1, 2025. All of the current Tenants living in the house are attending Universities in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. We include, at no additional charge, the services of a Cleaning Lady who cleans the entire house every 2 weeks. The house is a 15 minute drive to the University of Ottawa and the downtown core of Ottawa. If you have a car, parking is available at the house for an additional $75.00 per month. If using Public Transit, there is a bus stop in front of the house. The bus trip to downtown Ottawa takes approximately 35 minutes. The entire house is smoke-free and is available for non-smokers only. Our minimum Lease Term is one year, which runs from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. The rent includes all utilities (Water & Electricity) and also includes the use of the following items:

- Large screen SMART TV in the Living room
- Refrigerator / Freezer
- Double-Oven Stove
- Dishwasher
- Washer & Dryer
- Swimming Pool
- Large Patio in Back Yard

All Students who have rented rooms in our house tell us it is the best student accommodation they have experienced and that our room rental prices are very reasonable.
