Roommate wanted to live in a house with the owner and one other person and two very friendly cats. You get your own private room with a separate entrance. Common spaces like kitchen, basement, livingroom, dining room and backyard are shared. Laundry onsite and included. Utilities are included as well. Once a year payment of $100 for water filtration system also due with last month's rent. Need last month's rent in advance. Would also like to see some kind of record of employment or a letter from employer. References would also be appreciated.
