Trailer has a forced air furnace, which works amazing, as well as super cold AC System.
Fridge can be used hooked up to power, or propane.
Bathroom has a sink, NEW toilet, and a shower/small tub.
This trailer can sleep 6-8 people.
The table folds to a bed, and the couch also goes into a bed.
All wheel bearings and seals, were re-done, and greased.
Has 4 New Tires, New Deep Cycle battery, and 2 - 30lb propane tanks.
Has an outside awning, with no rips or tears.
We have always taken care of the camper, and it is in good condition.
