Unit: This is a 3 bedroom and 2-bathroom unit in an apartment building. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other female roommate. The unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer as well as ample storage space in the bathroom. There is a coat closet and another closet space in the hallway to store cleaning supplies. The unit has a balcony, but parking is not included. The building has a few coworking spaces, a gym, a theatre room, a terrace with two grills, a party room, and a shared lounge space on the top floor. Price: $1,225.5 per month for the room, heating and AC included. Electricity, water, insurance, and internet is paid separately but can be up to $225 per month divided by 3 roommates. This includes a double bed, mattress, desk chair, dresser, and bookshelf. Total rent for the unit is $3,995 per month.

Babel works from home full time and Sarah works in the office twice a week. They enjoy going to the gym, cooking and going for walks together.
