Room itself is semi furnished...has a bed but no TV is located upstairs in the house.

2. Heating, Water and Electricity will be covered but please be environmentally conscious and conserve water and electricity.

Room is available Starting July 16

Cost is $750, note that if you have a car, parking will be additional charge of 50$ per month.
So total will be $800 if you own a car.
