Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I'm looking to add a fourth nailer to my crew.
You must be able to work on steep, we primarily work on more expensive homes so appearance is important. This is not new construction, we strip and shingle. There are no labourers on the crew so everyone strips and everyone cleans. But I tend to do the majority of the heavy lifting. The position is hourly wage but I tend to pay well, the more you install the more I'll pay you, the job is on the books not cash with benefits after a year.
