Job Summary:
Sonshine Window Cleaning Corp. is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated Window Cleaning Technician / Glazier Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role includes cleaning windows, eavestroughs, and blinds, along with seasonal tasks like snow removal. We're looking for individuals who are self-driven, professional, and committed to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean residential and commercial windows, eavestroughs, and blinds
• Provide seasonal snow removal services
• Manage and maintain service truck and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Operate tools and ladders safely and efficiently
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Ability to manage a service truck and equipment
• Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must carry current WCB coverage
Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
• Fall Protection Certification
• Platform Lift or High Surface Access Tickets
• WHMIS or other safety training
Compensation:
• Contract Work – Wages negotiable based on experience
• Flexible hours and supportive team environment
