This unit is located in the basement. It has been recently painted and has built in dust/fume extraction (if needed).

There is a manual electronic lock for access separating the unit from other areas in the building. The building is typically open 8-5 for clients in other areas, and is closed otherwise.

There are two bathrooms located beside the unit. Each bathroom has 2 toilets and 2/3 showers lockers.
