We purchased this table when we moved into our house, but it's too big for the space. Table was barely used and in great condition. It is very sturdy and the dark walnut color looks amazing (my lighting makes it look lighter than it is in person). This table is great for everyday use, but can be extended with the 18 in leaf to accommodate more people for larger gatherings.
