Experienced Maintenance Person Needed – Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

Location: Ottawa and surrounding areas
Compensation: Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Are you a reliable, hands-on individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Person to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:
-Perform routine inspections of facilities and restaurant equipment.
-Handle general repairs (minor plumbing, painting, tile repair, grounds keeping, etc.)
-Ensure all building systems are functioning properly and address issues as they arise.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role is an asset.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
-Strong ability to adapt to changing tasks and reprioritize effectively based on urgency and need.
-Must be able to lift heavy items and perform physical labor.
-Must have valid driver's license and a vehicle.

Hours:
- 16-20 hours per week
- Flexible hours
