Duties Include:
- Rough/paint cleans, construction cleans, and final cleans
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, detailed bathroom/kitchen cleaning
- Removing debris, stickers, and construction residue
- Reporting deficiencies with photos
- Following safety protocols on active sites

Requirements:
- Experience in residential or construction cleaning
- Reliable transportation and cleaning equipment
- Workers' compensation coverage (WCB) and liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or with a small crew
