Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Assistant at Ottawa Pain Management and Wellness, you will play a vital role in supporting our practitioners and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Interaction: Interact warmly with patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit, and assist in delivering a positive, professional experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Patient Care: Assist practitioners with applying treatment modalities, helping patients with mobility, and providing compassionate support throughout their visit.
Clinic Maintenance: Assist staff with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment, including preparing treatment rooms and managing laundry duties.
Administrative Support: Occasionally assist staff with scheduling appointments, processing payments, monitoring inventory, and scanning documents as needed.
