Job requirements:
- Languages – French and English
- Education - College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience - 3 years to less than 5 years
- On the road - work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required by the employee.

Tasks:
- Analyze budget to increase and maintain restaurant profits
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervision:
- 50 to 100 people
