Construction Foreman
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for construction and a proven track record of managing crews and delivering high-quality work? We're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on residential and/or commercial construction sites
Manage and lead a crew of skilled laborers and subcontractors
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards
Read blueprints, plans, and specifications
Maintain inventory and order materials as needed
Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and clients

What We're Looking For:
5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety
Ability to interpret technical documents and plans
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
