Cleaning dad's shop, found it in a box, new old stock, patent pending item that was used to charge batteries from one vehicle cigarette lighter to a dead vehicle cigarette lighter. Still has plastic top on end of lighter plug. It could even be considered an antique, over 40 years old, asking 30$ ,north side pickup, cash only please.
