Job Title: Occasional Cleaning Supervisor (Contractor)

Hours: 3–4 hours per shift (evenings)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Cleaning Supervisor to support and elevate our cleaning teams across the Kitchener–Waterloo–Guelph corridor.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys flexible, occasional evening work and takes pride in leading by example. You’ll use your own vehicle to travel between job sites, check on staff performance, ensure quality standards are met, and provide hands-on support when needed.


What You’ll Do
• Travel to various client locations (3–4 hours per shift)
• Supervise and support cleaning staff on-site
• Perform quality control inspections
• Inventory drops
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members
• Step in to assist with cleaning tasks if necessary
• Report shift summaries to management


What We’re Looking For
• Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a strong asset)
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Available for occasional evening shifts (flexible scheduling)

Compensation
This is a contractor role.
