Are you an experienced landscaper who loves leading by example, solving problems on the fly, and delivering top-quality work that clients rave about? We're looking for a Crew Leader to take charge of our hardworking crews and bring high-end landscape construction & maintenance projects to life.

What you'll do every day:
- Lead and motivate a crew of 2–5 team members on residential & commercial jobs
- Oversee installation of hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps), softscapes (planting, sod, mulch), irrigation, low-voltage lighting, and more
- Read plans/blueprints, manage materials & equipment, keep jobs on schedule and on budget
- Maintain the highest safety standards and ensure top-notch workmanship
- Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and the team
- Operate equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, compactors, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Help train and develop crew members so everyone grows together

What we're looking for:
- 3 years of hands-on landscape construction experience (hardscape & planting knowledge a must)
- Proven leadership experience (even informal crew leading counts)
- Valid driver's license clean driving abstract
- Physically fit and ready to work outdoors in all seasons
- Strong eye for detail, pride in quality work, and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to our yard (location: [Your City/Area, e.g., Greater Toronto Area / Southern Ontario])
