SmartShine is hiring immediately for our O’Connor location. We are a fast-paced, high-volume car wash & detailing operation looking for serious, experienced, and consistent workers only.

We are looking to hire someone available 5–6 days per week.

⚠️ REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST have prior car wash experience.
• Must provide references from previous car wash employers.
• Must provide a valid piece of ID upon hiring.
• Must be reliable and consistent.

❌ Do NOT message saying you’ve been detailing your own car or doing side jobs.
We are only looking for professional car wash experience with verifiable references.

Work Hours:

Start time: 9:00 AM
End time: Between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (depending on volume)

Must be available for full shifts and 5–6 days weekly.

Pay:

Cash pay between $120 – $150 per day
(Pay depends on speed, experience, and consistency.)

Tips are very decent daily.

First 3 days are unpaid training/trial days to ensure you meet our standards and can handle the workflow.
