Field Supervisor – Industrial Flooring (GTA)
$38–$45/hr Performance Bonus
We are hiring a high-level, hands-on Field Supervisor for commercial epoxy, polyurethane mortar, and concrete polishing projects across the GTA.
Hard workers only. Leaders only. Skilled tradespeople only.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead 3–6 person crews from start to finish
• Work alongside your team — set the pace and the example
• Maintain strong communication with crew and clients
• Keep jobs on schedule and within estimated hours
• Train team members and raise performance standards
• Deliver clean, safe, high-quality job sites
What We Require:
• 5 years industrial flooring experience
• Mastery of application techniques (epoxy, polyurethane mortar, polishing systems)
• Strong product knowledge — understands materials, cure times, prep standards, and proper installation methods
• Real ability to lead and manage flooring crews
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid G licence with ability to drive commercial company vehicles
This is not entry-level. We want someone skilled, efficient, and confident running a professional job site.
