Gray's Decks & Fence, based out of Ajax, (www.graysdecks.ca // @grays_decks) is looking for a labourer to help with Deck and Fence builds for the 2026 season starting in April and running through to the fall. Jobs are primarily located in Durham Region and possibly eastern GTA.

$27 cash per hour, to start. Days are 8 - 9 hours long. $ Rate increases with skill and ability.

- strong customer service
- positive attitude
- previous wood working and deck / fence framing experience
-steel toe boots / shoes
‐own vehicle (preferred)
-impact driver with bits, batteries and charger
-tool belt
-tape measure
-know how to read a tape to the 16th
-comfortable using mitre saw and circular saw ( & other hand power tools)
-works well with others
-healthy, strong (carrying lumber and equipment)
-not afraid to ask questions
-ok with taking directions
-hard worker
-reliable
