RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up molds, ensuring all molds and rebar cages are properly cleaned, prepped, and ready for production.
• Pour, vibrate and finish of concrete to meet high QC standards.
• Safely strip molds and palletize finished products utilizing overhead cranes to transport products to designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Actively participate in safety programs and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all team members.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2-year experience in construction or precast concrete
• Physically capable of comfortably lifting 50 lbs on a regular basis..
• Must hold or be willing to obtain within 3 months of hire, valid First Aid, WHMIS, and CSTS certifications.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient English Language skills & able to clearly communicate.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently meet production expectations.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement
• Commitment to working safely and efficiently within established safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, as public transit is not available in the area.
