Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Laborer to join our agricultural team. This role involves supporting daily farm operations, maintaining equipment, and assisting with crop production. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to the successful management of our farm. Prior experience in horticulture or farm machinery is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific tasks. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in farming and equipment maintenance within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities Tasks
Fertilize and spray crops
Harvest crops
Perform general farm duties
Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning
Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides
