Our Canine Fit Class is the perfect place to start. Through simple, science-based exercises, you’ll learn how to help keep your dog’s body strong, balanced, and their mind engaged.

This class focuses on strengthening the small stabilizer muscles that support the larger muscle groups. By building these foundations, dogs can improve their alignment, stability, and overall movement - helping them stay active and feeling their best for years to come.

Give your pup the tools to move better, feel better, and live their healthiest life.

Please note: This class is not recommended for dogs currently recovering from injuries (unless cleared by a specialist) or dogs considered overweight by their veterinarian.
