PLEASE NOTE: This tiny home trailer is not a frequent traveller due to weight of off-grid supplies (*no issues with travel). It is best as a stationary dwelling, additional bunkie, office, garden getaway, Airbnb, etc, either on private acreage or unorganized township land. This was the idea when originally designed.

2008 King Cobra Model 24-Foot Enclosed Utility Tow Trailer Conversion Project. Our goal was to turn it into a 4-season, offgrid tiny house for Canadian winters up north (*skirting not included). Reason for selling: Still can't find the right piece of land.

Originally purchased in great used condition Fall 2021 from a capable woodworker / renovator. It was gutted, spray foam insulated behind walls (DAP kit, closed cell R-5 rating), with electrical outlets installed (initial work completed Fall 2022). Then, the rest of the off-grid components were completed December 2023.

Coverted toy hauler style (barn door) one level. Full Measurements: 24.5' L x 8' W x 8' H (Interior Height is 78" (6'6" throughout), roughly 185 sq ft.

Great condition, good axle, professionally wrapped with a fun wood-themed forest design, great for camouflage.

- Propane gas boiler water heating system, thermostat, 2 x 30 lb tanks on the tongue plus certification for larger tank hookup on property
