With a growing portfolio and an active pipeline of mixed-use developments, retail spaces, office buildings, and residential communities, Bella continues to expand its presence in the region.
We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Leasing to lead leasing strategy across our residential and commercial portfolio.
This is a senior role that will work directly with ownership and senior management to maximize occupancy, drive revenue, and support the continued growth of our real estate platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead leasing activity across Bella’s commercial and residential properties
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and asset value
• Manage tenant prospecting, negotiations, and lease execution
• Oversee lease renewals and maintain strong tenant retention
• Build relationships with brokers, businesses, and prospective tenants
• Support leasing strategy for upcoming development projects
• Work closely with marketing to promote available spaces
• Monitor market trends and regional rental activity
• Track leasing pipeline and provide reporting on occupancy and performance

Qualifications
• Experience in commercial leasing, retail leasing, or real estate brokerage
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple leasing opportunities
• Experience with mixed-use or development projects considered an asset
