hiring a Crew Lead for the 2026 season (May–October).

We do sod, patios, retaining walls, grading, and fencing in Calgary. 16 years in business. We're growing fast and need someone who can lead a 2-man crew and get jobs done right.

What the job looks like:
- Show up on time, lead by example
- Work alongside the crew (this is a hands-on role)
- Follow job instructions and checklists
- Keep the site clean and the client happy
- Report back at end of day — what got done, what didn't

What we're looking for:
- 2 years landscaping experience
- You've led people before, even informally
- Reliable — the crew depends on you showing up
- Valid driver's license
- Good attitude matters more than a long resume
- Prefer bobcat experince

What you get:
- $28–32/hr depending on experience
- Steady work May through October
- Small crew — no corporate BS
- Room to grow if you're the right person
