Framing Carpenter / Framer – Residential (Cochrane, AB)

Alon Construction Inc. is looking for experienced framing carpenters to join our growing crew building single-family homes in Cochrane.

Pay

$30–$45/hour (based on experience)

Opportunity for raises based on performance
What You’ll Do
Frame walls, floors, and roofs on residential builds
Read plans and layouts
Work with a crew to hit deadlines
Maintain clean and safe job sites
✅ What We’re Looking For
1 years framing experience (preferred)
Able to read plans (asset but not required)
Own basic tools PPE
Reliable, shows up every day
Driver’s license (preferred)
